Twin blocks of 22-storey medium-cost apartments (Parcel D).

Reinforced shear wall construction with the shear walls for the apartment units sitting on transfer beams at the second floor. Concrete bored piles were adopted as the foundation system. The buildings incorporated a unique feature in which the window facades were cnstructed as precast elements lifted into position.
